By accessing VeriAnalizMerkezi.digital, you acknowledge that our predictive analytics services are provided for sophisticated business users within the Turkish market. This digital hub serves as a high-precision delivery mechanism for AI insights and proprietary forecasting models.
Users must provide accurate, current documentation when integrating our API or dashboard tools. Misrepresentation of corporate identity or unauthorized scraping of our data metrics is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this binding agreement.
We operate under the regulatory framework of the Republic of Turkey, specifically aligning our algorithmic processing with KVKK requirements while maintaining the integrity of Istanbul-based data infrastructure.

Proprietary Insight Ownership
All algorithms, predictive models, and custom visualizations generated by Veri Analiz Merkezi remain our exclusive intellectual property. We grant a non-exclusive, revocable license to clients to utilize these outputs for internal strategic decision-making only.

Decision Liability
Veri Analiz Merkezi provides statistical probabilities based on historical patterns. We do not make executive decisions for your firm. The final commercial action taken based on our AI insights remains the sole responsibility of your executive board.
Market Volatility
Predictive models are subject to black-swan events and sudden market shifts. No forecast is a certainty. We do not provide financial advice, market timing guarantees, or guaranteed success metrics in any specific sector.
Data Integrity Scrutiny
The quality of our output is directly proportional to the cleanliness of the input data provided by users. We are not responsible for model degradation caused by faulty, incomplete, or corrupted client data sets.
Third-Party Connectivity
We do not control the uptime of third-party cloud providers or international backbone networks. Service interruptions caused by external infrastructure outages do not constitute a breach of our uptime commitments.

Forecasting Limits
Standard access allows for up to 50,000 monthly data metrics queries. Surpassing this volume requires a custom enterprise licensing agreement.
Processing Rights
Clients retain ownership of primary data. However, Veri Analiz Merkezi retains rights to utilize anonymized aggregate data for global model refinement.
Storage Protocols
Insights are cached for 90 days. We do not provide indefinite archival storage unless explicitly stated in a long-term data custody contract.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be settled exclusively in the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices.
Termination Grounds
Veri Analiz Merkezi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately without notice if we detect fraudulent activity, systematic scraping, or any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI architectures.
